Inclusive Digitalization Advocacy Roadmap

With the financial support of the European Union, the “Digital Inclusion through CSO Empowerment” (DICE) project is being implemented jointly by the People in Need (PIN) INGO, Faro Foundation Mongolia NGO, and the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation, and Communication (MDDIC). This “Inclusive Digitalization Advocacy Roadmap” (hereinafter referred to as ‘Roadmap’) has been developed under the DICE project, upon reviewing and analyzing Mongolia’s existing legal and regulatory framework, as well as long, medium, and short-term policy documents. It also incorporates invaluable input from relevant stakeholders.
